There may be a requirement of three to four types of housing for a company, about three to four villas for the top management personnel, 15 to 16 luxury apartments or villas for the second-rung work force and other housing facilities for the lower-rung personnel. Besides there is also the tallest building coming up in Kochi at Kaloor by the Muthoot Group which will provide another one lakh square feet space for IT.
The Techno polis at Cochin Special Economic Zone has about 2.6 lakh-square feet area for IT and IT-Enabled Services (ITES), which is yet to be allotted to companies.
